I never had any problem in getting the appointment or repeat prescription or investigation Even during the COVID time I was able to contact the practice for advice and my prescription There staff was also down with COVID still they managed to provide the service

5 years at this practice and I have nothing remotely good to say. Whether they’re dealing with me in my 30s or our young children age 3 - they never fail to disappoint. Abrupt reception staff, no appointments available ever, and it takes days of arguing with them to get anything done. They’ve refused to see me when I had a breast lump, insisting it can be dealt with over the phone with me describing how the lump feels. This was in spring 2022 but they’re still using “covid” as their excuse for everything. When I insist on a face to face appointment they become touchy and rude. I can’t understand why these doctors went through so many years of training to essentially become call centre operatives. Who clap eyes on a patient only by exception. The whole NHS is collapsing but this practice is a stand out example of laziness, and of doctors who have totally lost sight of their duty to patients.
