   I had heard that surgeries were not inviting patients in. I phoned and was asked why I wanted to speak to a doctor, notes were taken by the receptionist and I was told I would be phoned back. An hour later I got a call, talked with a GP and was invited in to see her. We agreed a time, I went in later that morning. I had plenty of time to discuss my problem and be examined. She really cared for me.
