The doctor and the staff who dealt with me were quick at giving me an appointment the doctor was kind and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease I am really satisfied with the treatment I received

Reception staff are always great and the doctor i spoke with she was great listener and too what I said into consideration and gave me multiple options

Attending my latest Appointment I was feeling a bit Apprehensive but from the start of the Conversation with the GP in attendance he put me at ease. This led into a more relaxed conversation where I found myself opening up to Issues that I would more or less keep to myself. Listening in depth to the advice that he gave me I felt reassured and the problems I thought I had these were now eradicated from my mind. So Thank You all at the Practice for your Professional Attitude and Attention to Detail.

As a person who has mental health issues like Bipolar and PTSD. I have found that if I become unwell and I need to see a doctor, or other mental health professional. I can normally get an appointment to see a doctor on the day providing we follow the procedure and call ,or have a text with a link to the triage. I find all the doctors I have seen at the practice have helped me when I have had problems,mentally. I find there is a calm and professional atmosphere whilst in the patient waiting areas. It helps when I have attended, and I've been extremely anxious. I mainly only have to attend the practice due to my mental health. I don't really have many physical issues but I do try to exercise by running every day, just 5k. It's since I've lived in Conisbrough and attended the practice that I was referred to see the mental health team at forest gate and I'm finally being treated for PTSD symptoms. I would highly recommend this practice for people with mental health issues.

I sent a message to the surgery and I was able to get a same day appointment. I had a potentially embarrassing complaint and the lady doctor I saw was so kind and reassuring. Each time I have attended this surgery I have been struck by the kindness and professionalism shown. I would recommend Conisbrough Group Practice in a heartbeat.

Saw Doctor at your Conisbrough practice on 2 occasions for different reasons and can honestly say he does his upmost to get to the bottom of the problems ..He's listen's to you doesn't rush you He's a pleasure to see And a credit to his profession..
