My greeting was very clear and polite from the beginning. Treatment and support were provided on arrival after a short time 10 minutes. Very happy with my treatment and experience thank you.

Arrived on time at the practice time to see the nurse booked in and was seen within 10 minutes and blood take really good service

Only a short delay after my appointment time, nothing too get upsetting. The nurse I saw was very professional and friendly. She made me feel that she actually cared for my wellbeing and put me at ease. The consultation was carried out efficiently plus my blood test didn't even hurt. Highly recommend this practice.

I attended the practice to see a nurse about a diabetes review. All information was passedc to me very clearly. What will happen in the future. More information and appointment will be passed to me shortly

I saw a nurse. Kind, considerate and helpful. Quick and efficient. The appointment was before my work day and was prompt. No questions were left unanswered.

Attending for a routine smear appointment. Lovely nurse made me feel very comfortable. Explained everything. My appointment was also on time.

Who I saw was extremely dismissive. It was not taken seriously which is a common experience at this practice. The consultation was not helpful and I was dismissed and it was an extremely uncomfortable experience as I felt like I was an inconvenience and needed to leave.
