I got myself on triage at 8am had a call back at 8.25 with an appointment at 9.30. Saw doctor who was very good and thorough. Excellent from start to finish.

A longer wait than usual extremely busy when I was there. People were complaining they could not hear the announcements.

Need to see the doctor, completed the link and had a call beck within the hour and an appointment the same day. The doctor was thorough and talked through everything. Listened well and understood my concerns.

Absolutely amazing, the doctor listened to my needs and was very professional. I felt very confident that he understood my overall outcome with my appointment

The nurse I saw was very good and she was very helpful and friendly and my appointment was on time.I would be very happy to go to this surgery again

I walked in to reception to ask when my repeat prescription will be ready. The receptionist was polite to my face and gave adequate information for my enquiry. However, when I turned to walk away the female receptionist then said something derogatory behind my back, I have good hearing. Makes a person feel unwelcome abd discriminated against. The Dr I saw was much better.
