The new employer at the front desk was really welcoming and friendly she assisted me to the seat. The nurse who gave me the treatment was very gentle and explained everything before and after the appointment. Overall I have been treated really well.

First time patient. Receptionist greeted me with a smile. The practice nurse was helpful and friendly, I hardly noticed when she gave me my flu jab. She advised me to book a new patient review, which the receptionist arranged for me. Overall a positive experience, so glad I transferred here.

I had doubts when I first joined this surgery, but the registration was quick and easy I actually managed to complete my form online and I got offered a new patient check within 3 days of registering. I’m a caterer for my husband and a lovely lady rang me to make sure I was ok and coping. She even made sure I knew about help that was at hand should I ever become unwell. I was offered a carers health check too but I declined at this point as I feel well. What a warm welcome. Just want to say thank you

Need more doctors on site for emergency appointments, struggled to get myself an appointment even when I rang at 8am so I had to seek medical attention at a&e which was frustrating as I lost out so many unpaid hourrs at work this occurred when I was pregnant , which I wasnt taken as priority being at risk at UTI.

I was thoroughly pleased with the duty of care I received over the phone. The receptionist had a very pleasing and helpful manner. They were competent in handling my query and willingly gave the time and patience to answer any questions that I had. I felt reassured and genuinely supported through the call. An excellent asset to the team at the practice. I would like to take this opportunity to say thankyou and keep up the great work.

Today’s receptionist was polite for once however previous interactions on every phone call occasion has been extremely poor and rude. I have always disliked and given me extreme anxiety calling up.

This is the third time now I’ve had a bad experience at this practice and I’m seriously considering moving myself, my husband and daughter from here. The practice nurse who called me yesterday was rude, cut me off, made me feel like she wanted me off the phone as quick as possible and I couldn’t speak to her about anything other than what I had to eat. She told me to go on a Mediterranean diet without much explanation of what that was and to have porridge, told me not to eat red meat but when I said I have minced beef and lean meat for evening meals that was really good? I’ve had to google the Mediterranean diet and of course get different things popping up so I’m no clearer on that and I’m still suffering with what I originally came to see GP for and still don’t have answer but felt like I couldn’t ask a question to the practice nurse but don’t even want to make an appointment because what’s the point I’m never listened to about me or my daughter. I’ve just had enough with this practice.
