Phone consultation first I wear earing aids.took 2 weeks for app.then main nurse same day to recommend bloodiest ecg x Ray for chest.when I was seen the service was thorough.

Seen on time, doctor listened attentively, after examination explained the condition and prescribed medication needed.

Hepful from start to finish, had yearly health review and flu vacc in same appointment. Cant fault this place. Would send my friends here for good care.

All staff members are helpful,I appreciate reception staff have a difficult task. Doctors and nursing staff are knowledgeable and efficient.

The receptionist are very efficient and extremely patient. The drs and nursing staff are very understanding and sensitive.

The nurse I saw during my appointment was amazing. Very thorough and great attention to detail. I am very happy when I left feeling satisfied with how Informative she was. Didn't feel rushed at all

Attended for Vitamin B12 injection and was pleasantly surprised to get that and Flu vaccination without having to go out of my way to book it

I have been suffering from severe sciatica pain on my lower back and legs and went to A&E (24th September) who gave me amitriptyline tablets for pain relief they then referred me to my GP to have an MRI. The following day I went to get an appointment and I was told the doctor doesn’t see me in this case and referred me to the physiotherapist, the appointment was supposed to be on Monday 9th October. Two days before my appointment they cancelled and said there’s no appointments available in the nearby future. I have also ran out of my medication (amitriptyline) and when I went to the GP for a repeat prescription they told me the medicine will be ready soon. The next day I got a message saying I will have to see the GP as they can’t give me the medicine before that. The appointment they gave is 23rd October and that too it’s a telephone appointment. I asked if there’s any earlier appointments as I’m in severe constant pain as the painkillers have finished and also as I have been off sick from work for 3 weeks and I am due to return soon. I feel really helpless in this situation, they can’t sense the urgency and nothing is being done.
