    The staff are very friendly and helpful however the systems used to communicate to patients should be improved. 1) phone appointment times - should not be so general for a time a patient waits for a call. This should be blocked in a 2hr window so patients can plan their day around it. - additionally I received an appointment time which then was not abided so there also could be something wrong with the system sending emails with an incorrect time for a phone appointment. 2) waiting times for appointments. Theses seem to have increased over the past year and getting an on the day appointment is rare even when calling first thing in the morning. 3) if an appointment is missed or a call not picked up there is no communication to the patient. I had waited all day for a phone appointment to come through and nothing did yet when I called the practice for an update I was informed a call had been attempted. However I had no voicemail or email to state as such. This should be something to implement, especially for a phone appointment.

    I transferred to this practice from a different one as all the interactions with the staff were negative, but I am so glad I did because this practice is far superior! I haven’t yet spoke with a doctor but their wait times are a 3rd of what I’ve had before, all the staff have been polite, courteous, efficient and friendly. They deal with your enquiry quickly and efficiently and really actually seem to care and don’t mind taking the time to do the job properly. This morning I rang and spoke to a lovely gentleman who confirmed an appointment for me that I had got a little muddled with dates. He didn’t make me feel silly or stupid but reassured me and was polite and helpful. Look forward to getting established finally with this one. Thank you all A******. Emma P

    Hi I had a phone querry, spoke to Dylan at the reception, I have a hearing impairement so am loud and consider myself shouting half of the time, but bless Dylan he said don't apologise. I called to see if a prescription had been done for my daughter, Dylan checked and said it had been, also had to book a physio appt, unfortunetly there was none but he asked me to call back next week as more appt should be available, I loved how calmly he spoke to me, even asked how ramadan was going. Thankyou Dylan

    I have recently been prescribed new medication and was impressed with the way it was handled. Everything was clearly explained to me in a telephone appointment.The ladies on reception were also very helpful. Thank you.

    I had a very disappointing experience this morning during my visit. The receptionist seemed completely lost and unprofessional. She made me feel more worried about my results than reassured. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues with her – every time I come in, she’s at reception looking unwell, constantly sniffing and clearly battling a cold. As a vulnerable patient, it’s concerning to be in close contact with someone who may be spreading germs, especially when it could put others at risk. Additionally, I feel the surgery needs to ensure that their reception staff are properly trained. Reception is the first point of contact, and patients should be greeted with competence and empathy. Instead, I felt confused and dismissed, which only added to the stress of my visit. It's incredibly frustrating when staff make you feel like your concerns are unimportant. Overall, this experience has left me with little confidence in the care provided at this practice.

    The nurse did her job really well and the phone consultation by the health practitioner was very helpful and I was able to get my review done including good advice. It would have been better to see the doctor face to face and be able to make an appointment in advance without all the obstacles.
