I went for the annual review and it was a good experience. I arrived early and checked in at reception and was then directed to the waiting room upstairs. My name was called very soon after. The person I saw was great. We covered the usual subjects in a friendly atmosphere and I was given enough time. I was informed about which tests would be performed on my samples and when the results would be coming back. It was a very pleasant experience. The practice is spacious and during my visit everything appeared to be well organised and running like clockwork. Getting an appointment in the first place can be difficult. During the last 4 month I tried twice but on the website there were no slots shown at all. Before Covid this was much easier and it showed the names of doctors and HCAs that could be booked for appointments. The last 2 times I visited I had not got a clue about whom I was going to see. Hopefully this will revert back to a booking system where I get to choose whom to see for non-emergency visits. Apart from this the practice is really good and I feel well looked after.

I have had a lot of experience with this practice, nurses, pharmacists, doctors and receptionists and found them all to very helpful and professional.
