My GP in Cobham Health Center has been always supportive and helpful and extremely kind to me during my difficult times with my dizziness episode till he found the reason for that which is an irregular heartbeat, recently I had a pacemaker implanted, all through the process the doctor is following up with every single step and details, explaining to me exactly what is happening and what to expect. He is very knowledgeable and makes me feel good and confident about it all. He is precise with follow up the medication I take and the prescription review dates. He welcomes me with a big smile and makes me leave his clinic happy and comfortable. I remember the times he used to see me during Covid pandemic, taking the risk of the (disease).All members of my family know my GP in spite of no one is his patient, I come home after his treatment a different person- feel better before taking a medication. From the bottom of my heart I thank this doctor for all the kindness and care he always gives me, God bless you.

I telephoned the surgery on Friday 19th to arrange an appointment for physio. The receptionist who answered was so kind to me on the phone. She told me that she had suffered from the problem herself years ago and suggested the specialist type of physio that had worked like a miracle for her. She even offered to help me with an App but I am not very technical. She then arranged a GP call for me. I can`t tell you how that conversation cheered me up. GP arranged specialist physio so feeling optimistic now.

My experience at the NHS Practice at Cobham was completely satisfactory. I felt at ease throughout and very comfortable with the service that was provided.

Every time I contact the surgery with a concern or question I receive a call within a few hours. The matter is then discussed, reviewed and dealt with quickly and efficiently

I can't fault the care I receive at Cobham Health Centre. It is outstanding. When I need help, I follow the same path. Type a detailed account of my problem at 8am, and how I would like to be helped. Later that same day, I receive a call from a doctor with either an appointment, usually that day, or a clear plan of action as to how we're going to proceed. Plenty of GP practices get a pretty rough ride in both the press and public opinion, which is why I consider it important to take a moment to voice my continued thanks and appreciation for mine. I don't know how they manage it, but the service and care I've received over the years has been so good, they make the private sector look poor in comparison! I feel guilty when I hear friends and family describe the service they receive from theirs. If I was elderly and in need of regular care, I'd move to Cobham!!

I received very professional and extremely efficient attention related to three health issues on the day that I contacted the practice. After a morning in person consultation I was booked in for blood tests and a procedure later that day - again very professionally executed by friendly and helpful nurse and doctor. The attention that I received far exceeded my expectations in all regards.

This surgery has been brilliant for me and my family recently, when we’ve had a number of health challenges for both myself and my two young children. The surgery has always been able to see us in a timely manner, and the GPs have gone above and beyond for us. Really appreciate the support. Thank you!

The whole practice is very professional, GP's, Practice staff, nurses etc. They are unfailingly helpful, cheerful and caring. Cannot fault the excellent service we have had over the years. Well done!!

The receptionist was helpful , kind and proactive in dealing with my request. She printed out my daughter's vaccination record immediately and ensured it would be easy for the other staff to locate it when I came to collect it. Her response and manner is much appreciated. Thank you
