Doctors will always call back after a phone call with reception & see you if necessary. Despite all the pressures they are under the doctors are always helpful & resourceful in resolving both my wife & my problems. I should also wish to point out how helpful the receptionists are. Always, in my experience, more than helpful & experienced. Obviously well trained.

I cannot recommend this surgery highly enough. I recently visited with my nine year old daughter and the reception staff were very compassionate and understanding. The doctor we saw gave my daughter lots of time to explain in detail her worries about her health and reassured her greatly. The pharmacy staff were also super friendly and welcoming. I feel so lucky to have such a great reliable practice and cannot recommend the service enough.

Having recently moved was a little nervous joining a busy practice. I cannot speak more highly of this practice. The receptionists are polite and efficient and always trying their best to get you either a telephone appointment or face to face. I wanted to send a message direct to the practice but there are places to complain but nothing about leaving a positive message. Please pass this on to the practice.

Having joint the practice 2 years ago, the level of care we have received has simply been outstanding! Not only for the level of urgency of treating existing aliments but importantly, the importance to which they have helped to assess and prevent future possible hereditary illnesses. The access to care has been timely, and thorough, and the whole team have also given us the time to hear through worries which impact mental health too. We can't level any more praise and thank you just doesn't seem enough. If you live in the area consider yourself very lucky to have such a brilliant team who want to help look after you.

Having moved last August we required a new GP Centre and luckily we have Cobham Health Centre, lovely Doctors, helpful reception and appointments met all anticipated requirements. My partner and I both rate Cobham Health Centre as excellent , 5 Star rating.

I was concerned about the possible re-emergence of the breast cancer I had several years ago. I contacted the practice and was seen by a GP who tried to reassure me but also made an urgent cancer referral for me. I was seen in 2 weeks, a biopsy was carried out and I had the results soon after that. From the moment I requested an appointment with the doctor in Cobham through to receiving the biopsy results, the attention I received was outstanding. I am truly grateful for the compassionate, professional and swift care I received. My very sincere thanks to the Practice and to the NHS, I couldn't have hoped for anything more!

I would like to thank the diabetic nurse specialist for a superb review of my care. A number of issues were identified which will have a significant impact on improving the management of my condition. The session was collaborative, supportive and informative. The nurse was proactive and delivered all agreed actions rapidly. Thank you so much.

I have had a repeat prescription from the surgery for my statin. Now, in the NHS App I am trying to make “Repeat Prescription” work so I can trigger it outside of Cobham Surgery hours and simply collect it from my nominated pharmacy (Pearl Pharmacy). This sounds simple but the App is saying I don’t have “Repeat Prescription” set up. It says you need to set this up. Can you please set this up.
