Used econsult. Received an appointment very quickly. Son was seen concerns noted and acted upon in a professional and expert manner. We left feeling very well looked after.

My Dr was friendly, understanding, empathetic and thorough. I wasn’t rushed and I felt all my concerns were listened to. He was extremely supportive, laid out a plan of action going forward, and made a follow up appointment to see me again in future, which was all very reassuring.

I have no complaints about the service I have received from the Surgery. I put an e-consult in at 8:30am this morning and already had a phone call from reception within an hour, even though I missed the call they called back within 10 minutes to let me know I should come in for an appointment. I was seen by a female doctor and she was amazing! Very clear with all of the information that she gave me and really took her time. I left the appointment feeling very satisfied with the service I have been shown by the team at the surgery today. A huge thank you to all of the staff that continue to work hard and provide an amazing service. You all deserve a pat on the back!

First class! The GP asked me if I would mind if two students sat in on my appointment. I was totally happy with this. Although I hadn’t seen this GP before he had obviously read my notes and talked to me about a number of issues. At all stages of our discussion he engaged the students, inviting them to examine me and ascertaining whether they had any experience of my issues. Not only was the GP thorough, but an amazing teacher. I, and the students, were very fortunate to be under his care! I left his surgery with a smile on my face.

This time great service did e-consult in morning, got call back at 12.15. Gp prescribed pain medication and made referral to OT and e mailed while on the call. Medication sent over to chemist and by 2pm had medication. I cant have wished for a better service .
