Same day appointment, reception staff were very polite and proffessional. Receptionist was courteous and patient while dealing with my enquiries. The reception and waiting areas were spotless and stress free. Saw Dr a*** who I found to be very thorough. He put me at ease with general conversation giving me the feeling of not being rushed or under stress, a friendly doctor, I felt I was listened to and still was no longer than 10 minutes. Very pragmatic whilst very caring. I have found my past couple of experiences at Churchtown very positive and much improved.

I was called in and pleasantly greeted . Once seated I explained my problem the Dr read my notes, checked over my legs. He then said he was stopping one tablet increasing another as well giving me an additional tablet. The Dr was brillian.

I was able to get an appointment on the day i rang, which seems to be the case most times. The doctor i saw was efficient and I felt listened to. The waiting time was minimal, 10mins approx. Overall I am happy with the service provided.

I needed a face to face appointment with a Doctor and this was arranged with a minimum of fuss. The Receptionist kindly phoned me when appointments were released to confirm a suitable date. The Doctor was kind and understanding, listened to what I had to say and we agreed a way forward. I was very happy with the whole situation.

A much improved service recently all round. Having a meeting with a regular doctor is a great improvement, being able to actually book an appointment with the same doctor is better. The d ok ctor dealing with my situation has seen me before and it builds up a good service.

Receptionist polite, understanding. GP again polite, understanding and very patient. Taking time to write down when I didn't hear or understand due to profound deafness. I couldn't answer about getting through on telephone as unable to use phone due to profound deafness.

Phone was answered quickly, got appointment on the same day. Needed further information so called surgery and reception was very professional. Doctor called me back to clarify some points. Great service.

The doctor I saw was very thorough, patient and explained the information he was telling me. I felt confident I was in good hands and he was doing his best for me.

Came in for blood tests nurse was extremely polite very professional the nurse said my blood test would be back by Friday and to phone for results
