I was in a state and got the help I need . The Doctor was a listener and suffered me yapping. I have never in a long while felt so helped. My mind is happy now . Thank you all so much.I have been with churchtown doctors since they opened many years ago.. Thank you all

Not been to the practice for some time, but had to go twice in quick succession. Prompt service. Appointment given for "same day" on both occasions. Advice and care from Doctor was excellent.

It was quick and easy to get an appointment. I didn't have to wait long to see a doctor. He diagnosed me straightway. I got my prescription straightway. The whole thing took less than 15 minutes.

I went to Boots for a blood pressure test ( excellent service at Boots) I was found to have high blood pressure, I visited the practice the same day to make a doctor's appointment, But was seen straight away, without the need for a appointment.

Was number 23 in the queue when booking appointment but patience prevailed and got an appointment on time with a doctor who unfortunately is a locum so is not in everyday however he was very good diagnosed a problem others hadn’t and explained it clearly too me so happy on this occasion

All was organised well by receptionist even announcing the Dr’s delay due to traffic. Dr was very efficient in recognising and treating condition.

Got a same day appointment with just a 10 minute hold for the receptionist. Down from over an hour on previous times. Helpful to have the number you were in the queue. Calls cleared at a rate of 3 per minute. GP was about 10 minutes late but was very kind and helpful. I felt comfortable talking to him. Got a good outcome and reassurance that I could go back if things didn't improve. The practice has really turned itself round and I'm now confident of getting an appointment and seeing someone who can help. It's a huge relief to have a good family Doctors again.

Very thoroughly examined my eyes Blood pressure etc.took the time to listen to my issues. Doctor is very knowledgeable and understanding after listening to what was wrong with me
