I wish to say how much I appreciate the support, care and humanity that I have received from this surgery over many years. Most Recently due to being very unwell for several months and with ongoing issues. I particularly wish to thank those GPs that have helped me in the past few months. For me the recipe for being a consummate professional is a combination of humanity and a great/.dry sense of humour. This is a winning combination for being a great GP . Thanks also to all those members of staff who have helped and supported me through my many struggles.

I have recently moved to Boroughbridge and have joined this Practice. The quality of service is off the scale. Reception -brilliant and able to make decisions. Doctors - ring when they say they will. Appointments available at times for working people. This should be a training site for all other practices. Thankyou for making the transition so easy and the can do attitude that has been displayed in all my contacts so far:)

I visited the physio and an x- ray was booked within 4 days and I got an appointment with a GP in order to get pain relief within 2 hours. I completely support this doctors practice. Who are attentive, professional and caring.

  4. Review titled Consistently Brilliant

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Having recently moved into the area, I've had to use their services a couple of times more than I would have liked to, but they have been excellent - both clerical staff and doctors, they listen, proactively support and nothing seems to be too much trouble. It feels like a private, well oiled service, and is by far and a way the best NHS service i've received personally.

  5. Review titled Caring practice

Doctors go out of their way to help and reassure patients even making a home visit after practice hours to help a frightened and worried patient waiting for heart surgery. If I need them I know they will do all they can to sort things out for me
