Manage to get the appointment and see doctors quickly and on time. I was given enough time to explain my sickness, and the doctor was very understanding as well as directed me to the right treatment. I am very happy with the service I receive whenever I need medical treatment.

I received a t/c from one of the practice GP's last week regarding my recent blood test results. The voicemail message requested that although it was non urgent I call at my convenience to book an appointment to discuss the results. I did call promptly back but I was informed, by a receptionist, that as it was non urgent I call back the following week as appointments would be released then. I have just called back and I have been told by the same person on reception that I should call back tomorrow at 8am?! I have never had this issue in the past when booking appointments. Only with this person! This female had a very distinctive accent. I have also noticed lately that the previously excellent reception service has seriously deteriorated. So can you confirm whether this is the new policy that all appointments can only be booked by calling at 8am?

The doctors go above and beyond to help and are really thorough and thoughtful. I have only had positive experiences here.

After a telephone consultation my husband was seen the same day for a physical examination. Throughout the years we have been with the practice we have always received professional and efficient care from doctors, other care staff and the admin staff

As I turned up for my shingles vaccination, the receptionist called my mobile phone to cancel my appointment as the nurse had only just then checked and found that no vaccination was available. No apology, of course. I had booked weeks before and received the usual reminders. I felt that was thoughtless and disrespectful, as though my time was less important than theirs.

I rang the practice on 21/11/22 to arrange a flu vaccination.I was offered an appointment the next morning at 10.30 am. I attended expecting a swift vaccination perhaps by a pharmacist. I was surprised and delighted to be seen by a GP and had an mot and basic health checks followed by my my flu jab. I was also offered a panel of blood tests and was offered an appointment on 24/11/22. I attended and had the blood tests without incident. I was told I would be phoned with the results but to phone if I had not herad in 5 days. I was phoned by a practice GP at 8.15 am on 28/11/22 and my results were discussed with me. All in all it was a first class service performed extremely efficiently and I commend all practice staff. This is very much in contrast to some of the negative coverage of primary care in the media over the past year.
