    It is so good to be seen to be seen without a tediously long wait. This time I was seen a few minutes early. The practice nurse was excellent and effective. We were able to discuss what was needed and I left feeling very confident

    So lucky to have this practice. The check-in process is simple, just touch the screen to arrive. The nurse was wonderful, calm, patient and reassuring, very friendly. The practice is always clean and tidy, very easy to secure an appointment on the app too. Extremely grateful, and all part of the NHS too.

    The surgery called me because there was a problem with my repeat prescriptions (I have just transferred from another practice.) An appointment was arranged to discuss - on the phone which was very convenient. I was able to explain the issue and it was immediately resolved. Today the surgery called me to follow up and make sure the issue had been cleared up. I just think this is excellent service - and to be honest not what I am used to when trying to get issues resolved! Many thanks!

    Each time I have visited my GP Surgery their services from reception staff to GP has been to high standards. Very caring, understanding and professional. The surgery itself is clean and informative. My last visit was on 19th May with GP. Very grateful for the time given in listening and advice. His caring attitude made me feel really good, less apprehensive. My experience over the years for this surgery is GP give their best and I walk away satisfied.

    The Doctor l saw was kind, listened to me went through my concerns. Explained things clearly and devised a time scale regarding one of my concerns, and to make a further appointment. I left pressured and pleased. I have found the care at chatfields to be very good.

    I had to cancel an appointment with the physiotherapist, as the car company due to take me to the surgery messed up my booking and did not have a car available. I was extremely upset, both as I had been waiting nearly a month for the appointment and because I felt a slot with a very busy physiotherapist had been wasted. The receptionist was extremely kind, telling me not to worry, as this was not my fault and I could not have known this would happen. She immediately offered me another appointment and although I have to wait for nearly another month, I am extremely grateful for the excellent service and the new appointment. Thank you.

    Yet again I needed some treatment from one of the nurses I could not have seen dealt with any better. My nurse was very positive and really cheered me up. I was given further appointments, as well as very clear advice about at to do and what you do between appointments . Great also to be on time!
