    Easy to arrange the appointment through the online form, and promptly received a callback to offer an appointment later the same day. The nurse was patient and clearly explained everything to me. The reception staff were thorough when arranging the follow-up appointment. Great service, and positive experience for my first appointment at this practice.

We moved to a triage system so that all requests are seen by a clinician and patients and patients are directed to the most appropriate clinician for an appointment.
