    I received great care from the doctors. However the receptionist is consistently rude and short tempered (this was not the first time) It makes going into the clinic uncomfortable and daunting

    The care I had from this practice was outstanding. My appointment was on time, and I could not have been better cared for. I was made to feel welcome and everything was conducted in a really professional way, with great care and attention to what I said. There was also time in the 10 minute appointment for a quick bit of repartee and general chat which made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Perfect!

    Having had stomach and bowel problems for many months with consultations/assessments in hospitals, the conversation 18th March with GP gave me more information on previous assessments results etc than I have had so far. Was truly listening to me.

  7. Review titled Refuses to carry out basic blood tests

    I have spent a month being bounced around between the website, various nurses, the reception, and finally a GP trying to have a basic blood test carried out for hormone levels. After all of this I was finally told that the GP is not qualified to carry out such checks for HRT, despite this being an absurdly simple process. Would recommend finding a GP that actually attempts to maintain up-to-date medical expertise
