I was on time for my appointment and only had 2 minutes to wait. My review was positive and so have a new medication to take and will have a blood test to check in 2 months time.

The receptionist and doctor were super kind and gentle. Is the first time I have used the NHS service since I moved to the UK( 4 years ago) and I heard horror stories from friends about the services in general and appointments, but that couldn't be so wrong in this clinic. They were fast and helpful when needed the appointment that day. Top people and service, the pharmacy also is good! Glad to be registered in this place!

As always, very helpful and caring help and advice during my consultation. Although I required advice on more than one issue, the clinician listened attentively to my concerns.

I have been treated very well by the GP staff and process has been very smooth! Went to check my wounds after a surgery + I have seen a dermatologist. Thanks!

Had a blood pressure check, then requested a blood test due to my symptoms and concerns. Practice nurse then booked me a telephone consultation with a doctor for that afternoon where I had a prompt referral for further investigation.

I recently moved to the area and registered with Chatfield as my new GP. The switch process was super quick, I was registered within 2 days. Had my first appointment and the doctor was fantastic. Really put me at ease and was super thorough. Didn’t feel as if I was being rushed out as I have felt in other practices. The wait time was very short, feel like it’s well managed in there. Great experience overall and feel like I’m in good hands

I have had to wait over 5 weeks for an appointment. Need bloods let me know in advance despite letter confirming this. Cannot move forward till bloods done tried to sr d be to walk-in clinic despite the fact I am on crutches. Didn’t listen to me.. didn’t appear to care. General poor service.
