I am grateful for the support received from the front desk- customer services while at the surgery, while at the surgery the help from them with no printing facility was exceptional. They showed empathy, supportive and know do in such a environment. They deserve a pat on the back. Well done

Il call for appointment with my health condition they responded on time, they assist me to do how to fill up the form for appointment. Nxt few minutes my GP call me for immediately appointment in the same day to check my health condition. I’m so happy and grateful for my GP. Thank you Chatfield Care Centre

New to the practice got an appointment very quickly nice reception team, Dr actually listened to all the medical issues I had and dealt with them, very pleasantly surprised. Recommending this doctor's practice to my friends and family

A few days ago, I made an appointment to see a doctor online. Soon I received a feedback call from the doctor and confirmed the time to see her. This shows that the doctor is very responsible. At 10 a.m. yesterday, I went to see the doctor on the second floor of the clinic. She inquired about the condition in detail and dealt with it in time. Everything went well and perfect and Is a good experience.
