    Phoned this morning for appointment received ring back informed all booked . Tried this afternoon got an appointment at 16.30. This has improved hugely Well done all of you!!

    I started ringing at 8:30, eventually was allowed on the call waiting list at 10:30. The call was answered at 11:45 only to be told to phone back this afternoon. This system is totally flawed, I’m going to be waiting for another 2 hrs this afternoon to be told ring tomorrow. The other suggestion is to ring 111, what even more problems for the emergency services. Come on Charlton get your processes sorted. I don’t mind waiting, If I’m ill, I want to be seen today.

    In the last two weeks my wife had a very bad ear infection, she tried the normal remedies but that didn't help. So over two weeks she rang for an appointment or phone call, she waited hours to get answer which which was that there were none or call backs, but to ring again after 14 00. She did that a few times but got the same result. She did once get a call from a Pharmarcy who advised using olive oil. She rang 111 and the lady accessed, and told her to phone the doctors again and she would get a call back within 2 hours. But it never happened. Now the doctors and medical staff are great people and have always been helpful, but the receptionists are another thing, they stick to some stupid rules and lack the ability to use their common sense and find away of helping people at difficult times. Their duty is to get people seen. If there is no appointments left in a morning, put them on the afternoon list or the next days list, if an emergency happens no one would mind waiting till was solved because you know you are going to be seen after. You know it makes sense, and it stops people getting upset and blaming the receptionist who's fault it really is. Eventally every body is happy

    I rang for a Doctors appointment this morning at 08.32. I was asked if I wanted a call back by the automated system. I said yes. 15 minutes later I received a call back from the surgery and was given an appointment for 10.20. Absolutely excellent service. The new system worked splendidly

    The recent flu jab clinic held on 30/9/23 was brilliantly organised. The staff were superbly, efficient, professional and friendly. Well done to all those involved

    I recently attended the flu jab clinic held on 23/9/23. The clinic was fantastically organised. Very efficient, very friendly and very professional. Well done to all the staff involved

    You can never get through. I have tried calling to book an appointment for 2 weeks it kicks you out every time. The minute the lines open it says the phone queues are full. If you ring time after time after time you can't get through. No wonder excess deaths are through the roof if people can't see s doctor. Its disgusting.

    A couple of weeks ago, I booked 2 x future dated (4 weeks or so away) appointments with the receptionist at the desk. Fabulous service, job done. I have since tried to book further appointments and have been told they cannot now book appointments at the desk (even when I'm stood in front of them) and instead, I have to call the main line - but only after 10.30am So, I call the main line - waited far too long in a call queue - to be told that they can only book appointments for the next 2 weeks... and regardless, there aren't any available, so to call this afternoon when the new lists will be released... (but only for the next 2 weeks anyway!!) I now have to remind myself to call back, or visit the desk (whichever process they are following at that particular time, of course!) to book future dated appointments? - as requested that I book by my GP...

    Thank you to dr o' toole for his prompt care last Monday (22nd May 2023) for 'sorting' me out. his calm reassuring manner also the time he spent with me longer than the alloted time, refering me to phr also making sure I had the correct paperwork, thank you very much.
