The receptionist a female at 11am this morning 04/04/24. Listened to my concerns, went to the nurse H, discussed and with great teamwork together dealt with, and very professionally, made for the individual, a very successful surgery appointment visit. Thank you so much both of you.

I was asked if I was interested in joining a beginners to runners group over 10 weeks. I took up the challenge and the 10 weeks was up last Thursday and I ran 5K without stopping. This was an amazing journey with a brilliant coach. I met an awesome group of people and we will be continuing to run together twice a week. I would never have been able to do this without the encouragement of the coach and the other members of this group.

I was clinically obese, combined with high blood pressure. But with the help of the surgery and their fantastic offer to be involved in a couch to 5k, my health has recovered drastically.

What could have been a stressful appointment was made easier and much more comfortable by Drs manner and attitude. He was open and honest about treatment recommendations. He listened well to my concerns and set out a clear plan for me. Using humour always helps me, and he picked up on this and used it appropriately.

It was well organised, efficiently marshalled car parking. Staff in surgery were pleasant. You really couldn't go wrong. Really good experience overall.

Their business manager has failed to take onboard basic issues regarding the car park speed bumps that damage vehicles (which are in poor condition) and additionally they have been particularly difficult over prescriptions being electronically sent to other pharmacies but their own. Furthermore, we have had previous issues with e-consult like other commentators on this practice.
