I had my first smear test at the surgery after admittedly putting it off for a while, the nurse was super reassuring and talked me through everything. The procedure was very quick and painless, and I was made to feel comfortable throughout

Amongst other concerns, already shared with the practice, I waited all day today for the Doctor to ring as arranged via an appointment they offered. It’s now 22.05 and I’m still waiting. I was discharged from hospital only last week. I needed to talk to the GP about serious health issues diagnosed. I was offered an appointment and it didn’t happen. We even checked after lunch and were assured the GP would call me.

i have been having B12 injections for many years and the one i had on 11th of October 2022 was the best i have ever had i did not feel a thing it was very good and the staff were friendly and efficient

I had a great experience this morning. Uncomfortable procedure made very comfortable, easy and quick. Had a trainee nurse who did absolutely marvellous, one of best times I have had it done. Supervised by a very supportive and reassuring nurse. Offered flu jab whilst there avoiding the need for another appointment. Really pleased and grateful to theses two ladies. A credit to the surgery and profession :-) Sharon

After outlining my health concerns online I received a telephone response from the GP and was seen the same day. I was listened to; given a range of tests; including blood test and chest X-ray which were followed up with another telephone call. The service was second to none both in terms of speed; being treated with respect and having my concerns thoroughly addressed. I could not have asked for more. Thank you

This Surgery is a diasaster. When Trying to call after 11 - today I heard the receptionist pick and then hang up each tim after a 10 minute wait. Its impossible to get to speak to anyone. I was trying to expidite my emergency critical care medication which Im on for life after heart surgery 3 years ago, this is now week3 of trying. Ive still to see a doctor as this surgery has no delegated so much to nurses, pharmacists, receptionists, Ask My GP, it has become ridiculous and ineffective. It seems they are so short of Doctors its anything to palm off the workload to someone else. This would work fine if the handover between these subordinates was effectove but it isnt, Im desperate to leave as I dont feel safe. I medntioned this in detaI to a Doctor during last years review which was conducted by a doctor on my assistance who told me they appreciated the feedback, it has sadly done no good.

I used 'Ask My Gp' this morning and within minutes my phone rang. It was the practice I had used to 'Ask My Gp'. I said to the lady who had phoned me 'What an efficient service. i said 'That was fantastic to get a reply that fast !!!'. Thank you.

Saw a nurse for one reason but ended up having an issue with my heart at the time. The nurse quickly dealt with my problem, did an ecg, blood pressure etc and even cancelled an hospital appointment for me for that afternoon. I was made to feel at ease all the time and I was soon wisked off to hospital. I then was diagnosed with a heart problem and had a pacemaker fitted. That nurse saved my life and is a credit to the surgery. Thank you

I would like to thank Nurse and her trainee nurse who I saw today. They treated me with understanding, respect and care. This made my appointment which I had worried about for a number of weeks easier and less stressful both ladies are a credit to the practice.
