   I called 2 minutes after opening to be told all the same day call appointments are booked! They can get me in to the other surgery which is the other side of Reading. I then get a call to say they want to see me and make an appointment. Turn up and sat there for over an hour. People were turning up with appointments 30 minutes later than mine and going straight in! Nightmare to speak to a doctor and really poorly organised. Reception looked at me and kept just ignoring the fact I have been there so long. I ask when I will see a doctor, it will be shortly I was told. 20 minutes more and I am still waiting to see them!!!!
