My experience was on point I was able to see a doctor regarding the pain down my left leg and right arm not forgetting my back. And the necessary steps are being taken for me to have further investigations.

regular went for regular review.nurse discovered Irregular pulse.quick consideration with GP. Called immediately for ambulance. Heart blockage was discovered and within four days of treatment on the road to recovery

Since Covid the practice has gone downhills. It is impossible to make a routine check appointment. They have started online booking system and it never works. I didn’t see my doctors since last three years. All my health issues and my family health issues has been neglected by surgery. I am worried and concerned for the medical negligence.

Once again, spent one hour on phone before being hung up on when number one in the queue. I was only number three to start with! So I jump in car and visit in person. Receptionists at back not even answering calls. Urgent medication request submitted through Patchs on 30/05/23 has been ignored and receptionist in question now gone home. Virtually impossible to get to see a doctor or get an appointment. I have literally had to phone an ambulance twice this year and paramedics have confirmed how difficult it is to get any response from this GP practice. This is really concerning as a patient or when family members need an appointment. Advice from Receptionists: call at 9am, when reality is that call is not answered.

Today I visited this surgery as I was unable to get through on phone. I requested a short phone call with one of the doctors. I was informed there was nothing until mid June!!! What an appalling state of affairs especially as when I opened up this site it stated it was taking on new patients! I have been with this surgery for 45 years and now will seriously look for another one as this is totally unacceptable.

Two days ago I posted an angry review concerning not being able to get a appointment for a short call from a GP until mid June and yet they were taking new patients. I have since received a call from a member of staff who apologised for my experience and then explained the situation. I now fully understand and I’m sorry for the angry review. I wish to thank them for taking the time to do this.

I have not often visited this practice but I have been in agony and in pain. I tried many times to call the surgery and cannot get to speak to anyone . I have hung on for an hour and every time I get to caller number 1 , I am cut off. 3 months in pain, not seen a doctor.

Difficulty contacting the surgery or getting an appointment. However the nurses at thos practice are great. I spent and hour in the queue on the phone in the sane position and patches is always closed. Got to see a Dr today and there was no person centred practice. I felt as though the Dr was not listening and I left feeling worse. The practice has gone downhill. Very disappointed.

I'm writing from the perspective of a mother. Both of my kids are getting sick constantly since November 22. I had to go to A&E two times but majority of great support we got here, at The Cedar Brook. Of course there are many things that require improvements but all of the stuff at surgery are trying their very best to help their patients and to unjust to difficult times. So far I can't complain too much. I'm also registered there and I got some needed help too. Other family members, all of them with serious health problems, always get appointments and help there too. I just hope it can be easier to get blood tests and better access to women doctors.

I booked a blood test in person at the reception and was told the only available test was in a month's time due to the nurse calling in sick and appointments being pushed back. I went ahead and booked my blood test. On the day of the blood test I called to confirm whether it was a fasting or non-fasting blood test, I then arrived at the time of my appointment and was told that there was no appointment booked for me- I had taken time off work for this appointment. I do not appreciate my time being wasted and being seen as invaluable.
