Never had any problems at this practice until this year as luckily I've been relatively healthy. No problem in getting initial 'phone' appointment as I was going past the surgery. Advised I needed blood tests. Blood test results via text. Called the surgery and was in the phone queue for over 1 hour position 8. Finally got through and advised the doctor will call on Friday afternoon appointment. I had my mobile on my desk all afternoon from 12:00pm - 5:30pm. I got a call from the surgery at 5:30pm and phone rang for 1 bell only didn't even get a chance to pickup the phone. Waited until next day to contact the surgery contacted via phone queuing (again 1 hour wait starting at position 7) and was told that I didn't answer the call. Now its on my records that I didn't answer. New appointment given and again waiting by the phone. The practice doesn't seem to have any compliant process on the website hence I'm reviewing here.

I’ve been trying to get a hold of a DR for days now. I’ve completed patches twice now. Called every morning for an appointment, no luck. Horrible.

We are this Cedar Brook Practice since 2019. If you want to see the doctor or at least talk to them, it's easier to go to the A&E!!! They never answer the phone, the receptionists are rude and to just speak with a doctor for an emergency, it takes weeks!!!

Today we met an amazing doctor with a great practice, very kind,nice and warm. For us is the best doctor met in the last 6 years. We appreciate her and we would like to thank her from the bottom of our heart.

Very experienced and professional staff. We get appointments on the same day after using e-consult and doctors call for follow up. They were also great during lockdown. When our asthmatic child was unwell they saw him in the surgery when no other surgery was giving appointments.

Waited 45 mins on the telephone and number 10 in the queue. The second time in the week had asked for reception to call me as I’d waited in reception for 11/2 hrs to book for an appointment. Went home and called them and waited 45 mins and number 5 in the queue…..reception was virtually empty!!

Absolutely shocking. Needed to reschedule an appointment, spent 2 hours on hold, number 2 in the queue for 35minutes. Desperately needed to make another appointment otherwise I wouldn't have waited that long. When I booked the original appointment i was on hold for 50 minutes!! Disgusting! no wonder A&E is so stretched when people can't get through to their doctors surgeries.
