I had a distressing issue with a staff member at catshill knights pharmacy regarding my repeat dispensing medication order which was not available for collection even though I get it every week on a Tuesday, she told me I had to contact doctor to get it. I phoned doctor surgery and the receptionist I spoke to listened to my problem, she was professional and understanding and sorted out the quickest way for the issue to be resolved,I would like to let it be acknowledged and to show my gratitude. Thank you.

We have only just joined the practice but already we feel confident that our medical needs are going to be well served. All reception, nursing and medical staff are very pleasant and efficient! Our first visit was a very rewarding experience!

We have been with this GPS for 12 months. I have 2 toddlers. We have always been offered same day appointments where necessary. All of the staff show patience and compassion. Can not recommend enough.

I recently had a face to face consultation with Dr Ford - she was very kind , caring & professional. She was very attentive and subsequently updated me with the result of enquiries that she made on my behalf. I have recently moved to this practice & have been very pleased with their help

I have attended Catshill surgery for over 50 years and it continues to offer excellent service and patient care. The doctors show real care and compassion and nothing ever appears to be too much trouble. You can usually get an appointment the same day and the receptionist are so helpful, unlike many other practices that my colleagues go to in the surrounding area. Catshill Village surgery, a friendly family practice :)
