    I called up seconds after the phone lines opened but even though I was 3rd in the queue there’s no appointments left. The receptionist’s seem to think they are able to tell if you’re Ill over the phone and are very rude and obnoxious, they can’t give you any appointments you require and in a rush to get you off the phone. I’m leaving the surgery as soon as possible and wouldn’t recommend anyone to join here. Got a huge new building with no pharmacy and since moving it’s gone right downhill.

    Both my wife and my daughter have contacted this surgery in the last 2 working days. They both have had a receptionist (same person) to be rude and argumentative. You have a sign in the surgery for patients not to be abusive does this mean it's okay for the receptionist to be hostile and very rude to the patients! There is no need for this, a friendly voice always puts the patient's at ease and solves a problem a lot easier. After all the NHS in general are supposed to provide care to their patient in any circumstance.

    No face 2 face appointments no blood tests no medicine reviews with a gp just leave you on what you're already you have hospital saying one thing go another constant battle

    Had an appointment @9am The person I was seeing showed up at 915 not first time if you want prescription quickly forget two week ago request painkillers as I was in agony still waiting for prescription

    Was recently seen at surgery by some one and they have referred me back to msk this should not have happened as I'm under a conultsant this meaning chsnces of more injections which I need also needed physiotherapy now have to wait until end of jan to see if i can have MRI andwhether i csn have injectins in mean time left in pain

    circumtances are difficult im a delivery driver working 10 hrs a day phone signal at home is poor plus ive an eldely mum in hospital so its better to communicate via engage consult they wont respond by message why can they not do something simple no response required

    As others have said unresponsive they don't listen to or want to understand patient issues mental health is a joke. They always pass the buck don't review the medication or check on patients well being

    Very unresponsive especially if your not patient confidentiality is questioableshould be able to book appointments via engage consult trying to get through at 830 is impossible needs some one who respects patient req9

    I and my family have been patients of this surgery for the last 23 years. I have never had any issues with any of the staff, nurses and doctors. They have always been very polite, helpful and incredibly supportive. I would have no hesitation in recommending this surgery. They have supported family through some very difficult heath issues and made the experience less traumatic.
