I contacted the surgery about previous test results that I needed. The receptionist was so helpful when I called and went out of her way to look at my results, call me back rather than me needing to call them back, and promptly printed these out for me to collect. She was so helpful, didn't make me feel like a nuisance and made the process really easy. Thank you!

The opening hours of this practice constantly change for the worse. Now closed on Saturday, closed Thursday afternoon, closed at lunch. Never do evening appointments or early morning. Due to the opening hours you are forced to go during work or on your lunch break and nothing is ever running on time. I've always had to wait over 30 minutes to see the doctor, rendering booking an appointment pointless.
