Really great experience she always makes me feel so comfortable and looked after when having my bloods taken

I went for an appointment with a gp today, from the minute I walked in I felt at ease and everything was explained to me she made me feel comfortable and had a very kind and caring nature wanting the best for her patients. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and for resolving my issue after having a rough few months.

Individual took bloods from me and also took the time to ensure some ad hoc meds I required were added onto the system. Given how busy everyone is, she went out of her way to help. Thank you , sorry I cant mention you by name, but your help much appreciated, Thanks again.

As an insulin dependant diabetic my insulin was out of stock almost all over the country but the pharmacy technician did not give up and found my medication, sorted my prescription and I had my insulin in my hand within 24 hours, he calmed me down immediately what an outstanding service, I can not thank this practice enough

My experience was excellent and so caring when she did my procedure as it was painful, but I was put at ease and not much discomfort.

The practice was very helpful and responded to my emails very quickly and with great detail. They have been very helpful and very good indeed. The receptionist was very helpful and patient and the practice nurse even stayed a bit later in order to see me. Both a real credit to the practice.

I’ve have to had my blood test 3 times due to lost blood and wrong tests being done Constantly chased results just to be told I should ring back until they admitted my blood has gone missing

The nurse who took my bloods this morning was lovely. Very polite and understanding. No waiting to be seen. The practise is short of appointments and staff.
