The nurse called me in early, which was great. She said she'd use a thin needle as I have a narrow vein, which was great news as years ago I had some dreadful experiences (not at this practice). It was completely painless and quick and the nurse was really friendly.

I am very pleased with the service I receive from this surgery and every member of staff is kind, friendly and helpful I had a spirometry test done which took an hour and the nurse who did the test was just fantastic in every way

I have had chronic troubles with physical, emotional and mental health. One of the doctors is amazing, he is attentive, professional, kind and genuine. He has helped me so much in the last year and managed to get me referred for important tests. Even though the wait lists are long, he really listens to you and does what he can in his power. We need more of him in the UK and it would be such a better place. Thank you for making me feel well again. Thank you for listening to me and seeing that I have been in chronic pain. You have made such a difference. I appreciate your character. I need to express how happy I was via a review. Kindest regards Jennifer

My nurse is very accommodating and always on time. She makes my appointment easy and straightforward the receptionist is very helpful

The nurse has a lovely manner to her. She is always 'sunny' and happy to see me. She is confident and professional and personally I always hope I will see her. Today I saw her for a routine blood test and was very happy with her service.

I submitted an online e consultation form at 7.45am and received a call at 9.15am. They gave me an appointment for 10.30am and were accommodating around my work day. The doctor that I saw was helpful, kind and reassuring. I left feeling listened too and with a plan to manage my health needs.

Went in to see doctor last week and then back in today to see the nurse for a bllod test. On both occasions, I was able to get the appointments in a reasonable time, good care provided and not left waiting too long for the appointment, even though the surgery was fairly busy.

Very efficient, both my wife and I had our vaccine together booked on consequtive appointments and we were in and out in 5 minutes
