Very reassuring that the Community Care team keep in good touch with cancer patients, offering the patient both a chance to update them, and a reminder that the team is there at any stage to give support. My recent review gave me plenty of opportunity to feed back, and raise any issues. A big thank you to Sarah.

One the whole I had a positive experience. The reception team were very helpful and polite. The practitioners I saw were kind and caring. Overall nice experience. However I would like to add that you need to look at the patients history more and treat patients based on their whole history. My daughter was prescribed loads of different antibiotics via text without any explanation of why the previous medication hadn’t worked. It felt like a robot was treating her.

The review itself was conducted very professionally and more or less on time. The biggest issue is trying to park in the car park. Every parking space taken up and only 2 people in the waiting room.

The first opportunity in 2 months to speak to a dr who listened to my health concerns / issues and acted accordingly on putting in place a plan. Listened showed empathy and made me feel confident things would progress

I was seen at short notice and given time to explain my reason for needing to see someone at the surgery. I felt reassured and given advice as how to proceed. Very grateful indeed.

I love bridge medical practice, I can ring anytime of the day and get an appointment for that day. The staff are friendly, caring and patient with me, which is why I think it's the best GP surgery in Crawley. I actually get to speak with my assigned doctor and he is polite, doesn't rush me and always ask if I need any more help. I feel like a valued patient.

Went for blood tests but luckily got an appointment at the GP rather than having to go to hospital for it. Not always the case but probably due to how busy they are.

All staff have been and continue to be friendly, professional and helpful. Today appointment was made first thing this morning for 10.00 , blood tests requested and a ecg booked for same day, didn't feel rushed, full attention to detail and great advice and care given
