    Had a problem today with my chemist saying that they had tried to deliver my medication on Friday and Monday but I wasn't in I can't go out on my own I was out with my partner as she can't go out on her own either. But they said I had to go and pick it up myself I was dreeding the thought of it. So I rang the surgery and spoke to a receptionist who was very caring understanding and rang chemist for me then rang me back and said they will deliver my medication on Friday. It really meant alot to me and took alot off of me knowing I didn't have to go out on my own.

    E-consult works well with efficient response times. I was seen by a Dr same day, who arranged a blood test to be done in surgery with in only a 15 min wait.

    I completed the E-consult form but after feeling both myself and my baby couldn’t wait to be seen I called the practice to try to book in. The receptionist listened to everything I had to say and prioritised getting my son and appointment. She said she would do her best for myself but as the day was fully booked she couldn’t make any promises. She called back with an appointment for me to be seen straight after my son. Her kindness, promptness and willing to help a desperate mum was really lovely. She has stood out for me since coming to this practice. Thank you again sc, it really is appreciated!

    Today I used the green link at the bottom of the surgery website and to my suprise it was simple to use and a doctor called back in Less than an hour and an appointment arranged for the next hour. We were seen by a paramedic who arranged prescriptions update and arranged a blood test for Less than fifteen minutes later so that we didn't have to go home and come back paramedic was very nice thank you.

    called today and actually talked to staff but was told to try again online the next day on a new system. Iam a chemotherapy patient and have a diagnosed chest infection. In other words was not able to get appointment so very unsatisfied and somewhat distressed. Please...if one actually gets through to surgery staff at least a next day booking could be looked into rather than being simply told to try online next day.

    Dear Mr. Roote, I have noted your feedback and am truly sorry for the distress you experienced when you could not secure an appointment today. Your call was received at approximately 3 PM, and I understand your frustration. Having reviewed the recorded message, I have instructed my team that calls from chemotherapy patients must be immediately flagged to the duty doctor. Additionally, advice to contact 111 should have been provided in your case. We strive to offer access to services until the end of the day. This week, our capacity has been strained due to annual leave and sickness within our clinical team, making last-minute replacements challenging. Consequently, appointments were available only until 2:30 PM today. For more seamless communication, I recommend using SystmConnect, eConsult, or the Airmid app. The Airmid app allows patients to directly communicate with the duty doctor without limits. High-priority cases like yours will be addressed promptly, with a call arranged as soon as possible. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are committed to improving our service.     I spoke with a lovely receptionist on the phone today who was incredibly helpful and kind enough to find me an appointment with the resident Paramedic, C, to discuss my reoccurring tonsillitis. (3rd bout in 2 months) I called at 2pm and fully expected to be told to call again the following day but I think she could hear how unwell I was and made an exception and got me booked in same day at 4pm. Incredible service! I turn up and see C and let me tell you he is a family favourite!! He is so lovely!!!! He listened, empathised, and came up with a treatment plan whilst we wait for my swab results to come back. He is a star and has been so wonderful and warm in the past when dealing with my children and on a separate occasion, my mother(!) who took my youngest to see him. I always speak highly of your staff and the services you provide. You recently implemented a call back system where you don't need to wait on the line to speak to a receptionist in the mornings when it's busy! Brilliant! A small change makes such a big difference to the over all experience. I plan to have all my future family illnesses dealt with at your practice. 😊 Thanks for being great! Melanie Barnett

    The phlebotomist was lovely but using the machines in a crowded waiting room while trying 3 times to get a blood pressure read was a bit stressful.

    I was due my smear, this is an uncomfortable procedure for most women. However, the nurse on duty made the whole experience a breeze. She answered all my questions, she was happy to help reassure me with other questions regarding other health care. The procedure went very smoothly and speedy without any problems. She was an absolute pleasure to be around and changed my mood. Thank you so much for your care. We need more nurses like you. 10/10

    The young lady that I saw was so friendly,very polite and professional,she made me feel at ease and relaxed. I am always greeted with a smile whenever I see her.
