The phlebotomist was lovely but using the machines in a crowded waiting room while trying 3 times to get a blood pressure read was a bit stressful.

I was due my smear, this is an uncomfortable procedure for most women. However, the nurse on duty made the whole experience a breeze. She answered all my questions, she was happy to help reassure me with other questions regarding other health care. The procedure went very smoothly and speedy without any problems. She was an absolute pleasure to be around and changed my mood. Thank you so much for your care. We need more nurses like you. 10/10

The young lady that I saw was so friendly,very polite and professional,she made me feel at ease and relaxed. I am always greeted with a smile whenever I see her.

Appointment was for a blood test. Both admin (including reminder messages) and test on the day worked very smoothly. Excellent, friendly service and support from all team involved. Thank you

I thought it was great that they call you straight back if the line is busy. There was over 30 calls in front of me but you don’t have to wait to get through. I got a call back within 31 minutes. Plus managed to get a blood test with 24 hours. It was very easy and quick my appointment was for 9am and I was out of there at 9.02am. Very nice Friendly staff too.

Very reassuring that the Community Care team keep in good touch with cancer patients, offering the patient both a chance to update them, and a reminder that the team is there at any stage to give support. My recent review gave me plenty of opportunity to feed back, and raise any issues. A big thank you to Sarah.

One the whole I had a positive experience. The reception team were very helpful and polite. The practitioners I saw were kind and caring. Overall nice experience. However I would like to add that you need to look at the patients history more and treat patients based on their whole history. My daughter was prescribed loads of different antibiotics via text without any explanation of why the previous medication hadn’t worked. It felt like a robot was treating her.

The review itself was conducted very professionally and more or less on time. The biggest issue is trying to park in the car park. Every parking space taken up and only 2 people in the waiting room.
