I had my vaccine here on the 19th August, vaccine itself was fine but I was given no card afterwards with the batch number or proof of the vaccine. I am now in complete and utter stress because the vaccine was never recorded onto my health records and I go on holiday next week. I have called reception and they were horrible and so unhelpful saying they will refer it to the "covid team" and its "nothing to do with them". How does a professional health clinic not give you proper forms after a treatment, not record your treatment and then create mental stress through lack of support, horrendous.

I am. 88 and live alone. The surgery sends my prescription for hypertension every two months to Boots chemist for me to pick up It must be five or six years since I had a review but if a thing is working why try to mend it I am quite happy for this system and I am sure doctors prefer patients like me. Well I hope so

The doctors and nurses are really helpful and caring and put you at ease, the only bad thing I would say it is very hard to get an appointment if you ring in a morning but I suppose it is like that every where

Dear Brian, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a comment on NHS Choices. We will let our clinical team know that your experience with them has been positive. We take on board your comments regarding the difficulty in getting an appointment in the morning when ringing. We have new reception staff that have recently joined and so we hope that this will speed up the call answering. We also have two new Advanced Nurse Practitioners that have also just started. This will increase the number of appointments we offer. However, we will keep this under review in consideration of your comments, which we very much value. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. There is opportunity during consultations to discuss the treatment offered to you. Staff make you feel comfortable during appointments.

Found it difficult to get an appointment but when I did get one eventually the service was excellent
