This use to be a great surgery. You could always get to see a doctor, and they knew you and you medical history. Nowadays, you almost always have to see a nurse first. My last few times of visiting have been a complete waste of time. I reluctantly visited today as had been putting it off and have to say, this has been by far my worse experience to date. I had a telephone call back and explained my symptoms to the GP. I was booked in with a nurse, who quite frankly was extremely rude, and said she wasnt trained in my area of illness. I am better of looking on the internet and self diagnosing. I know the surgery is busy but this has been, yet again a complete waste of time.

I have been very pleased with the care and attention I have received from all the staff at this practice during the two years I have been registered there. Their expertise has identified several health problems and I receive ongoing care on a regular basis which impresses me and puts me at ease. I highly recommend them.

Caring, seen on the same day you phone in. Just wonderful service. Each GP usually has a specialist knowledge in specific areas so added bonus!

Receptionist was efficient and caring, sent a link for me to photograph my elderly mother’s infected leg. This was reviewed by a doctor and I was phoned promptly, the call was caring and professional, I was able to collect the medication from local pharmacy within 30 minutes! Very grateful thanks.

Always helpful and call back system brilliant and being able to get same day appointment if needed is so unusual. I hear many tales of people having to wait days to be seen at many other practices

Always polite on answering the phone. Ring back from the health professional always within time given. I have always been seen without any fuss.

Moved back to Bourne 6 months ago and this practice is a breath of fresh air. Never have I experienced such a good, kind and caring service. All colleagues are amazing, from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors. The practice is modern, clean and tidy. Everyone has time to listen, to understand and offer the best course of treatment. You should all be immensely proud. GP surgeries are under pressure but the service I have received from this practice is second to none. Thank you.

After a big mix up with my 86 year old mums Prescription they sorted it all out for us in 10 mins , so polite , helpful and thorough, reassured Mum and even though it was the end of the day We didn’t feel rushed. Doctor was so kind with mum as they always are .Best service ever😀Thankyou galletly.
