Very pleasant Doctor who gave me result s of tests and is sending through prescription to Chemist. Did not rush consultation.

When , I mean when you can get an appointment the service is good, BUT when you phone at 8.02 and all appointments for the day have gone, this is abominable, not everyone can get down to que at 7 in the morning, surely some appointments should be kept for patients on the phone, at 8.02 to be told they all gone when you can’t phone until 8, this system needs to be looked at. Very Disappointed

It took 4 days of tel. calls to the Practice to get a face to face appt. with a GP. This resulted in an urgent referral to hospital for further investigations which are now underway.

Receptionist was helpful. I needed a bld test. She ask the nurse to squeeze me in. DidNot have to wait long. Excellent service.

Went in on Friday before 8 am got appointment to see Doctor excellent consultations 5stars also had appointment to see nurse for blood test all done within 45 minutes
