   I am a new patient to the practice & so far my experience with the reception team has been nothing but positive. They are always friendly & accommodating & willing to answer any queries you may have. Unfortunately, my limited experience of the dispensary has not been so positive. From the sign on the door telling you to go home if you don’t have a medication query to abruptness bordering on rudeness when I phoned in & an inability or unwillingness to answer a straightforward question, I was disappointed with this.
