Hi Seen a doctor yesterday about blood in urine. This morning st helens hospital phoned me for an appointment this Thursday at 9.30. You can't get better than this. My compliments to the doctor that I saw

I must say I have had a very positive experience at the practice recently. What a turnaround. I have had an appointment with a doctor that is permanently based there a few days a week and she is brilliant. Staff have been lovely with me and helpful and friendly. It’s been a much more organised overall with excellent service for me. Thank you!

I had call to ring for an appointment for my son, who is self-employed and cannot just leave work mid-day or at short notice. I was able to get a late evening appointment that same day. The receptionist was understanding and was able to book an appointment that suited my son’s availability. Fabulous Practices would highly recommend
