I recently attended the practice to see the doctor I explained my problem and was examined very professionally. The doctor was very understanding and courteous.

Very imformative about my travel injection ,put me at ease, explained everything to me, contacted me to pick up my injection vile from the chemist.

From entering to exit needs discussed thoroughly and GP was very good at listening. Medical needs addressed plan in place with arranged follow up in 6 months . Practice has improved immensely in the last year with new team in place. As a NHS professional myself this is great to see

When went in listened well and instead of throwing antibiotics at it yet waiting for blood test results. Would maybe need a strong dose of antibiotics but living with a colostomy these can prove tricky. So am very glad that I am only going to be given them when know if I do.

Rang at 8 am, wasn’t on hold for long, great receptionist got me an appointment at 9am with Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Nurse was very helpful, thorough and pleasant. Made appropriate referral’s for further tests. Also got follow up blood test appointment in practice just 3 days later! Absolutely excellent service and really put my mid at rest too. Thank you Billinge M C Team!

Saw Dr today was seen on time diagnosed given appropriate treatment and told to go back if no better in a week. Great service and was listened to

I required an urgent appointment. I phoned, and was offered an appointment the same day . Checked in on line when I arrived , and was only 5 mins behind scheduled time . Doc was great, straight to the point , polite , good manners listened . Thank you.

Today I rang the doctors for some advice regarding my current medication. I explained I didn’t want to take an appointment up, but I just needed a new dosage. The receptionist was so helpful and supportive.

The doctor checked all possibilities for my condition and arranged the relevant tests. This gives me confidence that any issues will be properly identified and dealt with.
