Managed to get an appointment the same day and I the doctor I was seen by was excellent explaining everything really well, I have been a patient at Billinge Medical Practice for over 30 years and I am glad to see the improvement the new partners seem to be implementing

I have visited the practice since it has been taken over. I have seen an improvement in level of care and service. Staff seem more comfortable and approachable on the front desk which makes a big difference. The doctor I saw today was friendly and efficient and acted proactively.

Completing the online patient access form via the patches system was simple and intuitive. My local practise called me circa 30 minutes late and an appointment was made for the same day. The doctor was fantastic and very patient focused. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I visited the surgery and was greeted by yet another new doctor. However, this one wasn’t dismissive and had a genuine sense of concern and guidance which was a lovely change. I’m was very happy after visiting the surgery.
