Absolute shambles of a surgery, literally impossible to get through to any kind of reception at this practice, let alone an appointment. Have no idea what is going on, the phone just rings and rings, says it's busy for a bit and then continues to ring. I understand the move of location, but surely a proper phone set up would have been sorted by now?! Feel like I'm going crazy constantly trying to get through to someone and there's absolutely nothing.

Just wanted to leave a review to thank all the lovely doctors for being supportive and patient with me I suffer with extreme anxiety and I highly recommend this doctors they are always very helpful and giving me advice and a big thank you to all the lovely receptionists who are also very supportive and patient, for anyone that suffers with anxiety this is the best doctors

I have known this surgery for about 40 years and I would like to give a balanced review, but I cant. The sheer incompetence of the front staff, lack of care and compassion and frankly, the disorganised administration is consistently bad. It should welcome an internal inspection for no other reason than to re train/remind and reeducate staff and Doctors why they went into this profession in the first instance. Hopefully then, standards can be raised to help and support the wonderful community it serves.
