    I was late for my appointment but was told I would be seen shortly, I was relieved to say the least as I’d had a long wait to see this Doctor. My experience with the doc was great and I really do appreciate him, he listens and has a good ‘ bedside manner’

    i recently swapped to patford and i was nervous about my first appointment but it went great. it felt like someone was finally listening to what i was saying after years of being unable to get proper treatment and struggling to get appointments when i needed them

    It's difficult to get in touch with the surgery. There is usually a queue when phoning and I do not find NHS and Patches messages helpful. There are too many that say the same thing. However, I did get a call from one of the GPs. I was given a face to face appointment quickly after the call. The GP I saw was attentive, listened carefully to my comments and explained what was going on. I was pleased with my appointment.

    My appointment was changed from Beversbrook to Sutton Benger at very short notice, 30 mins. Other than that my 1st experience as a new patient went well.

    It was good that I could make an appointment to see the GP of my choice. I think continuity of care is very important. I think this practice has got itself in order, after a lot of criticism & put in special measures. Well done.

    This practise is the best. You can always get an appointment at any of the 3 surgeries & the doctors listen to you then give advise & followed ups for any investigation or treatment you may need following your appointment. This is the best surgery I have ever attended in my lifetime and I would highly recommend the Patford House Partnership to anyone moving into the area. My appointment yesterday was thorough, I was listened to, felt heard, had an examination & then a review of the medicines I take to control the pain better as well as great advise to get an xray to help clarify what is going on internally so that future treatment can be planned out appropriately as required for my condition. The Dr I saw was very understanding and listened to me properly before giving me advice and I came away from my appointment feeling confident about how I had been treated knowing there was a plan going forward.

    I had to see a Doctor at short notice and the the surgery was able to accommodate me. The doctor I saw was very kind and caring and put me at ease. I was really very pleased with the service I received.

    I was seen on time. The Dr. introduced herself. Listened to my problem & was able to confirm my results will be sent to Swindon hospital, eye dept. To request I'm seen ASAP.
