    The Practice Sister I saw, was extremely kind, understanding and diligent when assessing me yesterday. Incredibly patient and explained everything I needed to know regarding my problem. Very grateful, thank you

    Attended the GP surgery for cervical screening and was greeted by nurse. She was very efficient and welcoming and I felt she was very knowledgeable too, a credit to the practice.

    I had a face to face appointment with the doctor of my choice. The doctor was extremely helpful, listened to my concerns and spent a good amount of time explaining the suggested way forward.

    Very efficient. Phoned and was third in the queue. Very efficient receptionist answered and arranged a mutually suitable appointment the next day. The doctor listened and discussed my problem, prescribed medication and arranged a follow up appointment for next week. Excellent service all round. Very pleased. Well done.

    I am lucky that I am registered at this practice As they care and respond very quickly I had two experiences the last two weeks . First one I did fall on my back had big bumb on my head As it was hearting me on Sunday called 111 They said if still hurting by the evening to go the Hospital otherwise call in the morning the surgery which I did the next day I was contacted by doctor on the phone And some one came to the house to check me out great experience Second I experienced twice Heart angina called the surgery I was seen quickly and had the next day blood test and ECG in the evening received latter Referring me to Cardiology Rapid Acces At Great Western Hospital to be seen within two weeks Thank again for taking care 👍

    Fantastic quick efficient service from this Doctor. In and out with ease and problem sorted. Thank you so much! Would be more than happy to see this doctor again. Went today for X rays at G.w. H.and that was brilliant too. Seen very quickly by great staff.

    My appointment with a Dr was organised as a follow-up to a previous appointment. I had a patch on my forehead that hadn't been healing effectively so it was important to get it checked. The doctor was thorough and also reviewed previous diagnosis. I was totally reassured that the skin problem was not of concern. Brilliant service organised in the timescales promised & all the team are a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

    My appointment was for a reasonably delicate matter and at no point did I feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. It was a very good experience when I got there. My only downside was that booking an appointment was confusing as I have 3 apps that have various usages and none to actually help with booking an appointment. I rarely visit so it could have been updated but some how to guides on how best to use them would be great
