    The doctor I saw is always very kind, explains things clearly, and he listens. He also doesn’t make you feel rushed (although I still left having forgotten to ask about something which I know is a common problem!). The team behind the scenes have been extremely helpful, too, and I can’t thank them enough. Every time I hear other people’s bad experiences with their surgery, I think how lucky I am. Thank you, Patford House, for looking after me so well.

    As usual, service brilliant. Doctor took time with me and gave good advice in regards to the issues my appointment was for.

    Nurse apologised for appointment being later than booked for. She was pleasant and thorough. She was reassuring and explained matters clearly and was sympathetic to my domestic situation regarding my daughter-in-laws illness.

    Was seen quickly and the physician was very attentive. I felt all my concerns were listened to and addressed. My blood results were explained thoroughly and in a way that was understandable. Ideas for moving forward were also given and good reassuring advice provided

    Today i asked to speak to someone else about a appointment change and the person who rang me back, could not have been more caring and understanding. Brilliant is not a big enough word to describe her. I have so much more faith in the practice after my experience today

    The care I received from the nurse was excellent, I did not feel rushed the nurse was very thorough and explained Ed everything clearly
