    I was late for my appointment but was told I would be seen shortly, I was relieved to say the least as I’d had a long wait to see this Doctor. My experience with the doc was great and I really do appreciate him, he listens and has a good ‘ bedside manner’

    Patches system works incredibly well. The clinician I have saw was caring and thorough, explaining his decision and asking for my opinion. Highly recommend the practice.

    Phone appointment confirmed that I needed an appointment with the doctor. The doctor was welcoming and showed interest in how I explained my injury, asked questions and giving me good advice how to care for my injury. Happy with my appointment.

    I had a great experience with my doctor during my visit. He was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable from the start. I never felt rushed, and he took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions thoroughly. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. Highly recommend!

    i recently swapped to patford and i was nervous about my first appointment but it went great. it felt like someone was finally listening to what i was saying after years of being unable to get proper treatment and struggling to get appointments when i needed them

    I had a very good experience with the doctor - she was very good at explaining why l was having problems with my back etc., and suggested what l had been doing to help myself was the right way to continue.

    It's difficult to get in touch with the surgery. There is usually a queue when phoning and I do not find NHS and Patches messages helpful. There are too many that say the same thing. However, I did get a call from one of the GPs. I was given a face to face appointment quickly after the call. The GP I saw was attentive, listened carefully to my comments and explained what was going on. I was pleased with my appointment.

    Always there to help patient my last experience I had I had twice chest pain and my feet got swalen I had an appointment with surgery I was very well checked and was referred to GreatWestern Hospital where they are still checking me seriously Thank you again for looking after me

    I was a little disappointed that a particular test could not be carried out, but the reasons were well explained and appropriate referrals made. The health practitioner was attentive, helpful and empathic. I felt really listened to and hopefully will receive the onward referral required to put my mind at rest about my health.
