I had not been to the doctors for anything health related in over 10 years. I had been having some health issues and took a blood test. My results wasn’t very good so I got called in by DR who was amazing throughout. I was so so anxious about everything but she did her best to put my mind at ease and was so understanding and patient throughout. After organising all my blood tests, she would call and update my profile very promptly and keep me updated as and when my results came in. When she got to the bottom of the issues she was quick to give me some tablets and sort out what was wrong with me. We have had several phone conversations and she was amazing at listening to what I had to say and then explaining things to me very calmly and reassuring. I had a follow up call a couple of weeks later where I told her I was struggling with the fodmap diet, she was very understanding and transfered me to the dietician at the hospital. I have a real fear of anything doctors or hospital related however dr seemed to be fully switched on to this and was so very understanding of this from the outset. Thankyou so much once again.

He recently had the pleasure of visiting a GP for a follow up appointment who was wonderful! Very polite and went above and beyond to take care of our son.

Today’s appointment went very well. Reminder text a day before & follow up call to check I could attend. No waiting. Very friendly & experienced doctor. Procedure was fast & efficient

I am truly grateful for all the Doctors, nurses and receptionist at Belmont,yesterday 27,1,2025 I needed to seek advice due to my mentle health deteriorating and I submitted a form and within an hour A Doctor phoned and helped more than she will ever know. She put me in touch with mind and today I had an assement and I feel from the Doctors to mind hopefully I will get the help I need. Very professional all of them. One truly grateful patient who felt really listened too

Today the 28,1 2025 I had to phone the surgary to to an on going problem. I would like to thank the receptionist who listened to my concerns and dealt with it with such professional standard that after speaking with her I had a doctor phone and she explained my treatment at great length and also with such kindness. Both ladys have made the last two day a lot more relaxed and would like to thank them both

I had my RSVVaccination today (23.10.2024) at my GP Practice. It was given by a practice nurse-she is an excellent practitioner. She explained the procedure & delivered the vaccine perfectly into my deltoid muscle, she also gave me an information leaflet and discussed potential side effects. She is a very safe competent professional practitioner - and deserves a gold star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

called reception to book in as I had been experiencing symptoms of lactose intolerance. pleasant and efficient phone call to get the meeting pencilled in. spoke with the doctor over the phone as no in house visit was required as it was more of a q&a from my standpoint. the doctor was friendly and well informed.

A lovely ladyon reception(whose name I can't mention due to review rules but begins with a J!) was incredibly respectful, kind, considerate and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. I went with several problems and her professionalism was outstanding. I was treated with respect and not once was I made to feel embarrassed or like it was to much trouble. Thank you

Fantastic staff both at Belmont Surgery and Urology dept at Hereford Hospital. Caring and compassionate along its effective diagnosis and treatment for my prostrate cancer.
