    DrKK was super kind, helpful and reassuring. They answered all my questions and was able to provide plenty of advice and information for my concerns.

    I made an appointment with the nurse for a yearly blood test…Everyone at the practice was friendly and helpful…The nurse was extremely comforting and friendly…(I do not like needles!) She was very calm..efficient and professional…so it was a really good experience.

    This medical centre has a fairly short waiting list for appointments with doctors. Staff is friendly and helpful. During my appointment with dr UkT i was impressed by the level of professionalism and her thoroughness. She is a very good GP. The only improvement i would suggest is to make it easier to call the reception because the queue is always at least 12 people and you have to wait long time for your turn

    I had a consultation with my GP on 10/01/25 at 9:30am. As someone who has not experienced significant health issues in the past, I was nervous about a few symptoms that I have been recently experiencing. The GP has an incredible bedside manner and really took the time to do an extensive fact finding conversation. Her aim was to seek to understand my worries, without any kind of judgemental bias. I could see the genuine intention in the base of her questions. Dr reassured me, having noticed my nervousness with the symptoms and wanted my bloods done for confirmation. As the wait for blood checks was long, after the appointment Dr called me back in and did the bloods herself, so as to not delay the investigative process. The exchange has really led me to be strongly vocal about GP care within the system, as I don’t think we celebrate the effort of GPs enough. I am very grateful as Dr’s speedy intervention meant that the processes for investigation of my concerns has taken off as fast as possible. I am very grateful, and felt like a strong commendation is required for the way she has dealt with my case, at what was a very vulnerable time for me. Thankyou.

    I just want to express my gratitude to Dr Thandi, who saw me mid-afternoon on Friday (Jan 31, 2025). I left the surgery feeling extremely valued and positive she would be doing everything in her power to get to the bottom of why I keep getting bacterial throat infections. I've never met Dr Thandi before but she exuded a calm, caring manner that would put any patient at ease. She was inquisitive about my condition and extremely patient as I communicated all relevant information about my symptoms. Crucially, I felt I'd been heard. This is where my appointments usually come to a - not unsatisfactory - conclusion, where I'm prescribed antibiotics which clear up the infection in around ten days' time. However, Dr Thandi went a step further. She understood my concerns about why I get these infections at least once a year and wanted to investigate further. This is something I've been a little frustrated about at previous appointments with other GPs. Yes, I've been given the necessary medicine to ease the condition but, as far I'm aware, no further steps have been taken to find out why it keeps recurring. I am extremely thankful that Dr Thandi, of her own volition, decided to do this. She comes across as a caring, considerate practitioner who is willing to go the extra mile for her patients. Thank you, Dr Thandi.

    I visited the GP for shortness of breath and was impressed with the level of care I received. It was incredibly easy to book a same-day appointment, which is so rare these days. The GP was absolutely lovely, kind, attentive, and thorough in addressing my concerns. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for efficient and compassionate care!

    Needed an appointment for a medication review and some changes to medication, the pharmacist is polite and professional and always helpful in resolving any issues and offering advice, really pleased with the service. Some of my medication they are having stock issues so the pharmacist was kind enough to issue a double prescription of the smaller dose, very pleased with service received today. Many thanks.

    Collecting my prescription items from the pharmacist, a crucial item was missing which the chemist said wasn't on the prescription. They directed me back to Bellevue. Taking it up on the phone with admin, I was initially told to go back to the pharmacy, as the GP had included the item. I explained I am disabled, largely housebound, and am unable to do this easily. The admin person then asked totally inappropriate questions about my level of mobility. Finally, she said she'd send me a barcode to show the pharmacy, so the prescribed item can be issued to me. She did not send anything. Today I have been in a queue on the phone for 2 hours and 1 minute, trying to sort this with Bellevue. At last, I got to the front of the queue and a robot told me "the transfer to your call failed; please try again later". This is the latest in a long list of failures at the practice that I've experienced, and things have been far worse since face to face services have largely been withdrawn. The newly launched AI system is an abject fail and the practice is in desperate need of effective working processes. Systemic barriers to helping patients are multiplying. It shouldn't be this hard for people to access healthcare who are already desperately ill.

    Today I felt heard. The Doctor showed a great level of understanding. I was able to express my symptoms and concerns freely and comfortably without being rushed or disregarded. I haven't seen a Doctor like this in years now. Excellent doctor.

    I am let down as I have attempted to chase up several times on both my nose ( meaning I am struggling to breathe ) and my toe ( meaning I am unable to walk ) despite going to appointment the treatement has not helped. How can I escalate this. Thanks Rob
