I have been trying to order a repeat prescription using the NHS App for some days. Even though the prescription is overdue the medications do not appear as available on the app so I am now without medication. Unable to get through to the surgery. Certainly not the first time I have had problems with the practice

Went to see gp for msk. Excellent doctor, very professional and empathetic. Really listened to the patient needs and proposed solutions to help.

tell me how it takes over a month to approve a prescription. i have been waiting over a month for a repeat prescription to be approved, i have tried to call the practice multiple times but simply cannot wait over 30 minutes for an answer

We are currently experiencing increased demand on our telephone lines, which has resulted in longer wait times. Our patient services team has been working very hard to answer calls under the additional pressure. However, I recognise that difficulties in accessing the Practice can be extremely frustrating for our patients and I apologise unreservedly for any upset or inconvenience. Attended this G.P surgery on the 23rd of April to inform them of a change in my medication as per my hospital consultant. I was informed that the new medication would be ready by the afternoon of the 25th. Unfortunately the wrong medication was issued, so went back to speak to the receptionist to ask for the vital and life saving medication to be correctly issued. I was assured that as the medication is critical that a on-duty doctor would correct the mistake by the end of the day. To my absolute horror I have found after speaking to my pharmacist the new and correct medication has not been prescribed. I have now been forced to speak to my local hospital for further advice.

I visited the Bellevue Medical Centre this morning for my appointment with an MSK practitioner this morning for a back check up as I had accidentally hurt my lower back 4 weeks ago. After taking my feedback on my accident, she asked the necessary concerned questions. Later she did a physical assessment of my limbs & back. She then summarised her assessment to inform me the precautions I could take & also shared a link with the exercises that I could do to help resolve my condition. I found her to be eloquent & quick in her diagnosis. I definitely recommend this surgery, the GP & the MSK practitioner for any similar issues you might be experiencing.

My appointment with the Dr on Wednesday 12th March 2025, was very successful. Her passion for the job she does is so evident in her approach to me as a patient. She listened and made me feel heard. She was able to trace results of previous tests and explained the findings and arranging follow-up. She completely alleviate my fears and I left the consultation feeling cared about. She is an asset to the surgery and the medical profession.

I contacted the surgery three days ago and was offered a telephone conversation to take place today between 14.00 and 16.00. My conversation was very prompt and extremely efficient. My request was dealt with to my great satisfaction. Many thanks to the surgery pharmacist.

I visited with a problem that had risen due to an injury to an ankle. The doctor has a caring and professional attitude. They explain things clearly in an understandable way. They also have time to listen to the concerns of the patient and give good advice where needed. Could not be treated better.

The nurse I seen who took my bloods was amazing calm polite the reception was mad busy one lady on dealing with customer and the other two workers sat behind her. Plus not very private if someone has a private issue. The surgery nor like it use to be and they don't cater for everyone needs no empathy showed for less able people
