Unhelpful staff should be trained to recognise signs of mental health very good surgery if your an older patient not so good for mental health all i wanted to was make an appointment i was basically told to change doctors this isn't what I plucked u0 the courage to go to the doctors for. Feel worse than I do before I went

I have been suffering with sciatica and arm pain for a while and after being examined by a lovely doctor she has now asked for an ultrasound and said rest is needed and put me forward for physiotherapy to try and resolve the issues I'm suffering with couldn't ask for more

On numerous occasions, I have had appointments cancelled literally last minute. They lose samples, don't take samples correctly and the receptionists do not speak coherently which is very much a problem with elderly patients. Most recently, I have had samples taken, lost, retaken, lost, about to be retaken, appointment cancelled last minute, no way to rebook, stuck on hold for an eternity. This is months of time wasted. I am astounded.

Both knees were thoroughly examined by the practitioner who was professional and attentive. They also made me feel comfortable and attentively listened to me when I was describing my symptoms.

I received the call as some of my medication was due for review… thanks to the clinical pharmacist’s patience, I was able to ask many questions to confirm for what, how and when I could take certain medications from my prescription.

I saw the GP with a pain in my arm and referred me straight to the specialist for appropriate check up. I felt supported and listen to.

I get my medication on time also appointment plus when I need advice they guide me well and the staff are good

I have been trying to order a repeat prescription using the NHS App for some days. Even though the prescription is overdue the medications do not appear as available on the app so I am now without medication. Unable to get through to the surgery. Certainly not the first time I have had problems with the practice
