I have been suffering with sciatica and arm pain for a while and after being examined by a lovely doctor she has now asked for an ultrasound and said rest is needed and put me forward for physiotherapy to try and resolve the issues I'm suffering with couldn't ask for more

Both knees were thoroughly examined by the practitioner who was professional and attentive. They also made me feel comfortable and attentively listened to me when I was describing my symptoms.

I saw the GP with a pain in my arm and referred me straight to the specialist for appropriate check up. I felt supported and listen to.

I get my medication on time also appointment plus when I need advice they guide me well and the staff are good

I have been trying to order a repeat prescription using the NHS App for some days. Even though the prescription is overdue the medications do not appear as available on the app so I am now without medication. Unable to get through to the surgery. Certainly not the first time I have had problems with the practice

tell me how it takes over a month to approve a prescription. i have been waiting over a month for a repeat prescription to be approved, i have tried to call the practice multiple times but simply cannot wait over 30 minutes for an answer

We are currently experiencing increased demand on our telephone lines, which has resulted in longer wait times. Our patient services team has been working very hard to answer calls under the additional pressure. Attended this G.P surgery on the 23rd of April to inform them of a change in my medication as per my hospital consultant. I was informed that the new medication would be ready by the afternoon of the 25th. Unfortunately the wrong medication was issued, so went back to speak to the receptionist to ask for the vital and life saving medication to be correctly issued. I was assured that as the medication is critical that a on-duty doctor would correct the mistake by the end of the day. To my absolute horror I have found after speaking to my pharmacist the new and correct medication has not been prescribed. I have now been forced to speak to my local hospital for further advice.

I visited the Bellevue Medical Centre this morning for my appointment with an MSK practitioner this morning for a back check up as I had accidentally hurt my lower back 4 weeks ago. After taking my feedback on my accident, she asked the necessary concerned questions. Later she did a physical assessment of my limbs & back. She then summarised her assessment to inform me the precautions I could take & also shared a link with the exercises that I could do to help resolve my condition. I found her to be eloquent & quick in her diagnosis. I definitely recommend this surgery, the GP & the MSK practitioner for any similar issues you might be experiencing.
