Saw physician associate after phoning for a same day appointment. Appointment was next day and very helpful. PA listened and gave me thorough examination, and made necessary referral. It was disappointing that prescription hadn’t gone through 3 hours later!

I visited in person with help on a medical problem. The receptionist was friend and helpful. She gave me a link to fill my details and assured me the practice would get back to me the same day. I went home to fill in the link, but she phoned me to say that if I went back down they would see me straight away. Excellent service.

On my visit this week, I left the surgery feeling very reassured, with a follow up being put in place. Without exception, I have found that all the staff are always willing to listen to any issues or concerns and then to try to offer help or solutions. Thank you. Everything that you try to do for us is appreciated.

I have recently had my birthday review which was followed up by a helpful discussion with the practice pharmacist. I have also had concerns about my knee and the GP has referred me to have an x-ray, in order to see what is happening and what can be done. I have felt cared for and listened to throughout.

From the receptionist to the doctor and everyone else I met during my visit, same display of ‘great’ attitude. Staff are exceptionally professional and efficient.

I saw a physician associate at the practice for a personal problem. She put me at ease and was very professional caring and thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice and the PA.

I tried to get an appointment for nearly too weeks, I phoned daily from 8am , to be told there were no appointments available each day , receptionist was not helpful at all , I ended up with really bad chest infection, after being seen by a doctor in my third week of trying, I am now changing surgery

Called surgery at 8.30 am and walked out of chemists with my prescription by 11.10. Not feeling rushed at any point just well cared for.Thank you.

My experience of the “coil clinic” at this practice was excellent. After completing an online enquiry, I was asked to call the surgery, when they offered an appointment the following week. My appointment ran to time and both the nurse(?) and GP I saw were friendly and knowledgeable, instantly putting me at ease and proactively describing the procedure. Everything went well and i received both a verbal and written explanation of what to expect afterwards. Many thanks to the staff I saw for such a positive experience.
