    The nurse was fantastic with my daughter for her preschool vaccinations. She made my daughter feel comfortable, showed interest and very attentive. She gave lots of post vaccination care advice to myself and I felt my daughter was in very safe hands. Thank you Lauren Fildew

    Beacon Medical always go that extra to sort any health issues in a quick time. A prime example of this was my Dr listened to my medical query and was able to quickly diagnose the problem.

    I waited 2 weeks to be phoned by GP and advised to self refer to musculoskeletal service. GP could have rung me much sooner I think. I have lost 2 weeks. GP when she rang was pleasant and efficient. I am happy with next steps.

    Two weeks for an appointment. Dr was fine when they eventually called but getting an appointment or seeing a doctor feels impossible! If you need mental support this service could have seriously hinder the patients outcome as a lot can happen within 2 weeks!

    Very happy with the advice I received from the Doctors telephone consultation. I was given a date and time of telephone call and it was honoured. I have no complaints with the Surgery knowing how busy it is.

    Used the on line service to explain my condition. This resulted in a phone call appointment a couple of weeks away to discuss further with a GP. Had to then change the call appointment due to another family commitment. GP called at agreed time and she was very efficient. This lead to a face to face visit at the surgery the same evening. Referral for further consultation being arranged.

    Getting a face to face appointment is nearly impossible and takes ages. Same day online consultation you will on average get a phone call 2 weeks later. Registration with this practice was an absolute nightmare. I would definitely not recommend beacon practice for anyone.

    I have had to use the econsult service several times this year and each time, I have received a response on the date I was told I would and I have also received speedy telephone calls from the doctor.
