I was advised to go to A&E at Kingsmill 2 weeks ago. Suspected Kidney Stones. However couldn’t get as in so much pain. Requested to have scans at Newark, but was advised must speak to Doctor first by text. Tried to make appointment but was categorically told no, as I was advised to go to A&E. I can’t understand why I was told to ring to speak to Doctor first. All I wanted was a referral at Newark, which has the same facilities as Kingsmill. Won’t bother in future.

I had an inhaler review with a nurse today she was amazing listened very caring informative. I asked a quick question about HRT as has booked an appt with GP her next pt did not turn up so she consulted me on that as well and cancelled the gp appt freeing it up. Above and beyond. Previously had appts with another nurse about inhalers who I found equally as efficient so Thank you both

The lady who handled my call at Barnby gate surgery on the 2 April, was very friendly, helpful and supportive with my query. She went above and beyond what I expected. She also called me back as promised on the 4th April even though my query was dealt with the day before by her colleagues, due to her not working on that day. If I could supply her name I would recommend her for any employee award that you may have at the surgery.

I went for the “dreaded” smear test today and I had been putting it off for a while but as soon as I went in, kt made me feel at ease, was very informative and just generally so kind and friendly! Thank you so much!

Staff where friendly and helpful once I explained why I Missed an appointment and told them my circumstances. I explained my dilemma and concern over reason for making an appointment and they suggested I come on next day and they Will help. They held up their promise and was booked in for that morning thus helping my anxiety over the situation I was in.

Having had a fleeting call and had it terminated before I could answer it. I could not contact by phone or reply By messaging. It simply is not good enough.

I have just reviewed our phone calls and can confirm our pharmacist has called twice this morning, both times your phone rang but then went to voicemail, on the first occasion at 09:02 she left a message but on the second occasion when she tried at 09:26 she hung up when it went to voicemail. I am very grateful for the help of the receptionist today, she went over and above to help me when I was unfortunately too late for an appointment. Equally I was so grateful for the help of the doctor I saw for her friendly, compassionate and thorough care.

We went on holiday to Cumbria and I misjudged the number of daily tablets and they ran out. I rang the surgery and passed on the name of the pharmacy I had been given near where we were staying. When I called there later that afternoon my details has been passed to them and I was able to get my prescription. Thank you for such an efficient service.

please thank the receptionist taking calls for appointments on friday afternoon/evening , i had a real problem getting registered on system online , she was very helpful , i managed to get registered on sat morning , i am not sure how but it worked . i think my daughter made a complaint on my behalf as i was very upset , please accept sincere apologies for this , i care for my husband and also my mother and have been very stressed of late as i have some health issues of my own . please thank the receptionist for her help
