    I have been trying to make an appointment to see a doctor for days. I call and am simply told the queue is full. The recorded message advises you to use the app to book and appointment. The app does not allow online booking for this surgery. Reception (when you do get throguh to them) cannot book face to face appointments. You need to wait for someone else to call you and then decide that. You cannot request they organise a new px for a consultant diagnosed condition. That's needs another phone consultation. It's just too hard. I am fortunate in that I only need to access the doc once a year at most but when I do, the ease of access and service depreciates markedly every time. I will be moving GP surgeries at the earliest.

    Cannot get through to the surgery, unless you wait wait wait wait. Before the merge this hardly ever happened. There is nearly a three minute work through menus. This is diabolical and extremely difficult for older people. As for seeing a doctor, well you have a better chance getting a flight to the moon! All other walks of life have returned to normal to live with Covid-19. Even hospitals!!! But not you guys. Shame on you!!!!
